My Home! 
3 bedrooms (Master with large private bath which leads to the pool area), living room with French doors (has a pull out sofa with a memory foam topper for insured comfort), formal dining room seats 6, eat in kitchen with island bar, family room with stone wall fireplace and French doors which lead to the large pool deck, Jacuzzi, pool, small fish pond in the side yard.

     My home is within walking distance to the new Publix Supermarket in Dunlawton Square Shopping Center, Woody's Bar-B-Q, Suntrust Bank, Kmart, and the Port Orange Six Movie Theater (site also tells all about other activities in Port Orange!).

Price?I have two prices.  $975 for a week during non special event times and $2500 for special events (Race Week, Bike Week, Biketoberfest, Turkey Rod Run, etc. 
There is a lot to do while you are vacationing. Take a day and just relax by the pool. There is usually an abundance of sunshine! My pool is enclosed so you don't have to worry about bugs! Orlando is an hour away and the Interstate is only a 5 minute drive to connect. St. Augustine is a beautiful place to visit besides being the oldest city...It is an hour away. Cross the Port Orange Bridge and head north on A1A, about fifty miles of beautiful scenery...the Lion's Bridge entering into St. Augustine is beautiful!  After living in the Port Orange area for over 15 years, I never lost the awe of seeing the sights in St. Augustine! How about the Space Center? It is about 45 minutes away. It is a good value for your money. While at the cape,  check out the cruise ships...Carnival, etc. depart from this port.  Airports:Jacksonville 90 minutes away, Orlando 60 minutes away, Daytona Beach International Airport 5 minutes away.  Southwest and Air Tran have great rates to Florida.  Great car rentals can be had at www.carrentals.com
