Rates: $975.00 per week. ($1500 special events such as the Turkey Rod Run, Biketoberfest, Daytona
500, etc Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 noon. A minimum of one week must be booked.
A security deposit of $500 is required and will be returned within one week of your stay if everything is left
as you have found it upon check in. A $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will also be charged. A deposit
of $300 will hold your reservation. If reservation is cancelled, my policy is that I will allow another date that
would be mutually agreeable to take the place of the cancelled booking date; I will apply the deposit to your
new booking date. I lose potential reservations if you have held a space then change your mind. In the
Daytona Beach area, most hotels, vacation rentals charge extra (and I mean EXTRA!) for special events.
My fee is only slightly higher to accommodate these busier times of the year. YOUR vacation should be
enjoyed throughout the year and if a special event such as the TURKEY ROD RUN, or the DAYTONA 500
comes rolling around, it shouldn't empty your wallet to enjoy.
A gift of appreciation awaits each new reservation upon arrival!
